- Providing guidance to the company around funding options and strategy (as appropriate);
- Determine the “use of capital” milestones and timing;
- Review and calculate the most efficient capital structure as to allow for new investors or financiers;
- Develop a business plan or information memorandum;
- Liaise with Company’s professional advisors to deal with any related matters (legal etc.,);
- Assist in facilitating the administration of the capital raising;
- Liaising with investors;
- Attend meetings on behalf of a client, by negotiation;
- Co-ordination of capital raising activities, including introducing and promoting the opportunity to potential investors and networks as appropriate;
- Monitoring compliance to section 708 guidelines;
- Assisting with communications (Investor Pitch events etc.,).
- Liaise with the Registrar and Trustee (as appropriate); and finalise the share transactions;
- Fulfilling monthly and quarterly activities (newsletter, Directors' Responsibility Statement);
